The below listed pricing strategy assumes average home criteria. Upon inspection, if your home is determined to be unique in anyway (e.g., space, features, requests) which may require special care or time then prices will be adjusted accordingly. Any price adjustment will be brought to the attention of the primary contact and agreed upon prior to any services or fees rendered. 

House cleaning services include pricing for a bi-weekly landscape option. All landscape services are in addition to cleaning services but priced as a package for your convenience. Your property must be serviced on a bi-weekly basis to maintain dustbusters cleaning rates. Our landscape partner is proficient in all areas landscape and gardening and separate from house cleaning services. Pricing includes maintenance only and is subject to change upon inspection of our Landscape partner.
